John Take serves as the Chief Growth & Innovation Officer, Chief Business Officer, and Executive Vice President of Water at Stantec, leading initiatives in modern infrastructure projects that address community challenges related to water, stormwater, and wastewater systems. With a career at Stantec spanning from October 1994 to the present, John has held various key roles, including Senior Vice President and Water Conveyance Sector Leader, where expertise in project design, risk management, and system optimization has been developed. An accomplished professional, John holds a Master of Engineering in Water Resources Engineering from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of New Brunswick.
