Julia Davis

Julia Davis is a Talent Acquisition Leader currently managing Stantec's Future Talent Acquisition team, where they oversee the strategy and implementation of campus recruiting initiatives designed to attract diverse early career talent. Previously, they served as a Campus Recruiting Manager at Atlassian, leading the Early Careers Team in North America and contributing to strategic thought leadership on a global scale. Julia's career includes positions at Appian Corporation, where they developed recruitment strategies and streamlined hiring processes, and Kellton Tech Solutions, where they significantly increased brand visibility through campus recruiting programs. Julia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from James Madison University and is passionate about creating impactful early career pathways.
