Justin Tye

Justin Tye, P.E., PTOE, RSP1, is an experienced civil and transportation engineer with expertise in infrastructure improvements and transportation project management. With a professional background that includes a tenure as a Civil Engineer at HLA from January 2005 to September 2010, Justin designed enhancements for various developments while conducting traffic studies in the Charleston area. Since October 2010, Justin has been a Transportation Engineer at Stantec, where responsibilities include designing and managing transportation improvements across South Carolina for both public and private clients. Justin holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of South Carolina-Columbia, complemented by various transfer courses in the field.
