Kaya L.

Kaya L. currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Stantec, overseeing the recruitment efforts for the company's UK and Ireland operations since July 2018. With a strong background in talent acquisition, Kaya previously held the role of Head of Talent Acquisition at Peter Brett Associates before its acquisition by Stantec. Prior to joining Stantec, Kaya worked at Hudson RPO as an RPO Team Manager, managing recruitment for the Sydney TAFE NSW Modernisation Project. Kaya's extensive experience includes managerial roles at AECOM, where responsibilities spanned Talent Acquisition for Australia, New Zealand, and Greater China. Additional experience includes recruitment management at Sinclair Knight Merz and earlier positions in recruitment for various engineering and IT sectors.
