With over 25 years of experience in the water, wastewater, and hydropower industries, Keith has held various technical and managerial roles, including Project Manager and Resource Manager at MWH and MWH Global. Keith earned a BEng in Civil Engineering from Heriot-Watt University between 1984 and 1988 and is a Chartered Civil Engineer as well as a Member of the Association for Project Management (APM).
