Keith Mitchell

Keith Mitchell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and transport planning. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Stantec since May 2023, Keith has also held the position of Director: Transport & Place at Stantec UK since September 2018. Prior to this, Keith was Chairman at Peter Brett Associates from May 1984 to September 2018, leading the development and infrastructure consultancy. Keith's career began as a Scholarship Student and Graduate Engineer at R.M. Douglas Construction from September 1978 to April 1984, where valuable hands-on experience in the trades was gained. Keith holds a degree in civil engineering with a focus on transport planning and engineering from the University of Southampton, completed between 1979 and 1983.
