Kevin Donnelly

Kevin Donnelly, P.E., CFM, serves as Project Director at Stantec, where they manage FEMA RiskMAP studies and stream restoration design projects. They have previously held roles at Greenhorne & O'Mara, Inc. as Project Director and Senior Project Manager, and have gained extensive experience in civil and environmental engineering throughout their career. Kevin's academic achievements include a Master’s in Environmental and Water Resources Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from Tufts University. Their expertise encompasses hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, floodplain studies, and stormwater management design.
