Kim Boneau

Kim Boneau is a Principal Program Controls Manager at Stantec, overseeing the San Diego Pure Water Program Phase II. Previously, they served as a Program Controls Manager for the Sewer System Improvement Program at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission and managed the Gordie Howe International Bridge Project at WDBA-APWD. With extensive experience in capital infrastructure delivery, they have held various roles in project controls, operations management, and financial analysis across multiple organizations.
