Kylie Huard

Kylie Huard is a Senior Principal Transport Planner specializing in Travel Demand Management, with a passion for providing communities with travel choices. They have broad experience in transport project planning, including business case development, community engagement, and policy strategy. Kylie has worked in various roles, including Road Safety Project Manager at Willoughby City Council and Senior Transportation Planner at Dunedin City Council, and they recently served as the Active Modes and Complete Streets Practice Lead at Stantec. Kylie holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Studies (Transportation) from The University of Auckland and a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Biology from the University of Technology Sydney.
