Lance Boire

Lance Boire, PE, PMP, is a Senior Principal and the US North Industrial Water Leader at Stantec, where they manage a portfolio of industrial water projects. With extensive experience in project and program management across the water/wastewater, power, and utilities sectors, Lance has successfully contributed to projects from conceptual design through final construction. Prior to their current role, they served as an Engineer in Training at Enterprise Engineering, Inc., and held various positions at Stantec, reflecting a strong background in civil/structural engineering and project leadership. Lance holds a degree from the University of Southern Maine, which they completed in 2014.
