Latha Mahindra

Latha Mahindra is a Principal at Stantec, having joined in June 2023. Previously, Latha served as Project Director and VP of Design & Production at DEC Dynamic Engineering Consultants from August 2015 to March 2023, overseeing the Atlantis The Royal Resort & Residences project in Dubai. Prior roles include Design Director at Rivaarch, where responsibilities encompassed major theme park projects, and Head of Architecture at Burt Hill, leading multiple healthcare facility projects in Abu Dhabi. Latha's career also includes positions as Senior Architect at KEO International Consultants, Job Captain at NORR Canada, and Architect Coordinator at Kvaerner/Arabtec Construction, beginning with an architecture career at Deco Emirates in 1995. Latha holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from B. M. S. College of Engineering, completed in 1991, and is certified as a LEED AP and PMP.
