Laura Rogers, PE, CxA, is an experienced leader specializing in the commissioning of mission critical electrical and mechanical systems. They have held various roles, including Commissioning Discipline Lead at Stantec and MCF Commissioning Operations Manager at Morrison Hershfield, where they focused on project delivery and team growth. Laura’s passion for commissioning emerges from a multifaceted interest in engineering, energy efficiency, and sustainability, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland. Prior to their current role, they gained valuable experience as a Commissioning Agent at Leach Wallace Associates, Inc.
