Lee H. Harwell

Lee H. Harwell, P.E. is a retired civil engineer with over 30 years of diversified experience in the field. They have held multiple roles, including Executive Manager at Radius Engineering Consultants, Sr. Project Manager at WilsonMiller, and Principal at Stantec, demonstrating expertise in program, staff, and financial management, as well as civil design and construction management. Lee earned a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Rhode Island and completed the Leadership Pasco Class of 2005. Currently, they serve as a Civil Engineering/Land Development Consultant at Stantec.
