Leisa Ward-Hooper is currently the Head of Bids at Stantec, overseeing bid strategies for UK Infrastructure and Buildings. Previously, Leisa held the position of Head of Work Winning Services at Amey from 2015 to 2019, after serving as Proposals Manager and Bid Account & Resource Manager at the same company from 2004 to 2013. Leisa is a member of the Association of Proposals Management Professionals (APMP) and is a registered PRINCE2 Practitioner with an ILM Level 5 Diploma in Principles of Leadership Management.
