Leon Fell

Leon Fell, FPC, is an experienced payroll and human resources professional with a strong background in payroll data management and analysis. Since August 2014, Leon has served as Payroll Team Lead/Analyst at Stantec, overseeing payroll data for government reporting and managing a multi-state taxation program. Previously, Leon held roles as Payroll Administrator, responsible for payroll administration in the Southeast region, and as a Human Resources Representative and Assistant at Processes Unlimited International Inc., focusing on benefits administration and recruiting. Leon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from California State University, Bakersfield.
