Lucy Tsaneva

Lucy Tsaneva is a results-driven Programme and Performance Lead with strong experience in delivering large-scale initiatives. Currently, they work at National Grid as a Performance Lead and previously served as an Administrator at Adobe, where they co-led various internal programs, including the Women at Adobe Site and Action Circles. Lucy also contributed to numerous volunteering initiatives, such as motivating young children through the Story Pirates program. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management from The University of Edinburgh and are pursuing an MBA at Heriot-Watt University.
