Marcelle Jones is a seasoned policy analyst and strategist with extensive experience in law and transportation. Having served as General Counsel for the North Texas Tollway Authority and held key roles at Jacobs Engineering, Marcelle focused on public policy, risk management, and strategic planning for over 15 years. Currently, Marcelle is the General Counsel and VP of Strategic Partnerships at Puzzles of Color, while pursuing a Master’s degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. With a background in journalism and a commitment to transformative infrastructure initiatives, Marcelle's work emphasizes collaboration and long-term value.
