Mark Butler

Mark Butler is a senior transportation planner at Stantec Consulting Services, where they have worked since 2011, utilizing their extensive nineteen years of experience in planning, including fifteen years specifically in transportation planning. They specialize in travel demand model development, traffic simulation, traffic forecasts, and GIS analysis, providing technical analysis and project management for various transportation infrastructure projects.
