Mark Johnson

Mark Johnson serves as the US Federal Government Programs and Compliance Leader at Stantec since December 2022, managing a team of Contracting Professionals to deliver federal contract management and compliance services. Previously, Mark held the position of Sr. Contracts Manager at Atkins, overseeing contract administration and compliance implementation. Mark's experience includes a significant role as Director of Contracts at the Defense Contract Management Agency, where strategic direction was provided for managing a large portfolio of contracts and a diverse team. Mark's extensive background also includes leadership roles at CKS Financial and Portfolio Recovery Associates, and a foundational military service in the US Navy as a Computer Electronics Technician. Mark holds an MBA from William & Mary and a BA in Organizational Management from Eastern University.
