Martin Scragg

Martin Scragg is an experienced Project Manager Technical Lead at Stantec since August 2016, specializing in water and wastewater treatment design, as well as Combined Heat and Power projects. Prior to this role, Martin accumulated extensive experience at MWH, where responsibilities included serving as a Project Technical Lead on significant projects for various water companies, and as a Senior Civil Engineer focused on upgrades to treatment works. Early career highlights include management positions and engineering roles involving flood risk assessments at the Environment Agency and leadership in retail at Blacks Leisure Group. Martin holds a B.Eng in Civil Engineering from Kingston University, completed in 1996.
