Matthew Hogan, P.E. is a civil engineer with extensive experience in engineering leadership and project management. They served as Section Head of the Engineering Department at Charles P. Johnson & Associates, Inc. from 2016 to 2022 and were a Civil Engineering Team Leader at Stantec from 2011 to 2015. Currently, Matthew is a Founding Partner at Rotary Avenue LLC since 2013.
