Matthew Miller is a Water Resources Engineer and Regulatory Specialist currently working at Stantec, where they apply their extensive expertise in water resources engineering and environmental governance to support large-scale projects in Northern Canada. They have held previous positions, including Senior Environmental Licensing Specialist at NTPC, where they managed various monitoring programs and stakeholder engagements. Matthew holds a Master’s degree in Integrated Water Resource Management from McGill University and a Bachelor's degree in Water Resources Engineering from the University of Guelph. With a strong background in project management and facilitation, Matthew is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions for complex water management challenges.
