With over 15 years of design experience, they have led diverse projects, from large-scale hospitals to small clinics, emphasizing a collaborative and innovative approach to architecture. Before their current role, Megan was a Senior Principal and Managing Leader at Stantec and contributed as an Associate at Granary Associates from 2004 to 2009. They are also a Founding Board Member of the Professional Women in Construction - Philadelphia Chapter since 2018. Megan earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Philadelphia University in 2001.
