Michael Lanchester is an accomplished acoustical consultant and industry leader with extensive experience in acoustic engineering and environmental science. Since August 2015, Michael has served as the Queensland Acoustics Group Leader and Principal at Stantec, where Michael has also held roles as Associate and Acoustic Section Manager following the acquisition of Wood & Grieve. Prior to joining Stantec, Michael worked at ASK Consulting Engineers as an Associate and Acoustical Consultant from October 2006 to July 2015. Earlier career experience includes positions at Ron Rumble Pty Ltd and BMT WBM as an Acoustical Consultant. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science and a Graduate Diploma in Environmental Science from Griffith University, earned between 1991 and 1994.
