Michael Starkey

Michael Starkey is a Principal Civil Engineer and Project Technical Lead at Stantec, having held various roles there since April 2014, including Project Technical Lead and Senior Civil Engineer. Previously, Michael worked as an Engineer at Hyder Consulting from September 2012 to March 2014 and as a Civil Consultant at AMEC from September 2004 to September 2012. Michael holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Water Resources Technology and Management from the University of Birmingham, attained in 2004, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Civil Engineering with Environmental Management from the same university, completed in 2002.
