Mitchell Fairweather

Mitchell Fairweather has a diverse background in engineering and customer service. Starting as a Liquor Assistant at Pak N Save from November 2013 to February 2016, responsibilities included stock management and customer service within the liquor department. Mitchell then progressed to Aurecon, where roles from November 2017 to February 2018 included Undergraduate Geotechnical Engineer, Graduate Geotechnical Engineer, and Undergraduate Civil Engineer during a summer internship, with duties focused on geotechnical assessment, report writing, and timber pole retaining wall design. Currently, Mitchell serves as a Geotechnical Engineer at Stantec since January 2024. Educational credentials include an NCEA Level Three with Excellence from Bethlehem College Tauranga and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Auckland, completed in 2019.
