Mitchell May

Mitchell May, P.Geo., is an experienced exploration geologist with a solid background in geological investigations and resource development. At Signal Gold Inc., from August 2020 to June 2022, Mitchell conducted extensive geological research in northern Newfoundland and Nova Scotia, successfully managed drilling programs, and authored important technical documents while ensuring regulatory compliance. Prior experience includes working at Giga Metals where Mitchell focused on diamond drill logging and interpretation for a Ni-Co-PGE exploration program. Additional experience includes a geoscience supervisor role at Stantec and research at McGill University, where advanced methodologies were developed for analyzing fault surface evolution. Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geological and Earth Sciences from McGill University, earned between 2013 and 2018.
