Mohammadreza Mostafa

Mohammadreza Mostafa, PhD, PE, PMP, M ASCE, has extensive experience in civil and structural engineering, currently serving as the Pacific Civil Engineering Section Lead and Principal Structural Engineer at Stantec since December 2015. Prior experience includes roles as a Civil/Structural Project Engineer at HDR, where contributions involved significant projects such as the structural engineering for the Spaulding 1 Repair PRV Discharge Project and the Tulloch Dam Spillway earthquake analyses. Academic credentials include a PhD in Structural Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder, where research focused on nonlinear modeling techniques, alongside a Master of Science in both Structural Engineering and Hydraulic Structures, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology. Prior positions involved leadership in structural design and seismic analysis across various infrastructure projects in Iran.
