Nima Doff

Nima Doff, AIA, NCARB, serves as Principal of Program Management for North America Industrial Architecture at Stantec since August 2025. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Pre-Construction Manager at Amazon, where project management for multiple real estate projects was successfully executed, delivering over $2 billion in value across the US and Canada from June 2021 to June 2025. Doff also held leadership positions at Khorshad Health Co. as Real Estate Development, Design+Construction Lead, overseeing strategic planning and development processes, and at Macerich, managing retail development projects across 33 mall properties. Earlier project management roles included positions at CallisonRTKL and RDC, focusing on construction documentation and design processes. Doff holds a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Islamic Azad University Central Tehran Branch.
