Omar Rosa

Omar Rosa is an experienced civil engineer and project manager with a robust professional background. Since October 2006, Omar has been employed at Stantec as a Civil Engineer/Project Manager. In addition, Omar has been serving as a Project Director at Philly Beach since September 2017. Prior to these roles, Omar gained experience as a Civil Engineer at Pennoni Associates, Inc. from 2002 to 2006. Omar earned a degree from the University of Delaware between 1998 and 2002.
