Pat Brown

Pat Brown is a Senior Principal and Senior Project Manager at Stantec with extensive experience in the water and wastewater industry. With a career spanning 38 years, Pat served as a Colonel in the United States Army Reserve, where they notably deployed to Afghanistan as the Engineer Brigade Operations Officer for Operation Enduring Freedom. Pat has held leadership positions in various engineering firms, including JAX Engineering and Jacobs, and has managed large-scale utility projects. Pat holds a Master's degree in Military Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College and a Bachelor's degree in Geography from Kansas State University. Since January 2023, Pat has been pivotal in addressing the water crisis in Jackson, MS, leading a team to implement long-term solutions for the city's aging water infrastructure.
