Patrick Sharkey

Patrick Sharkey is a Chartered Civil Engineer with extensive experience in water and wastewater projects, currently serving as a Principal Civil Engineer and Water Team Lead at Stantec. With a strong technical background in pipeline design, Patrick has mentored junior colleagues and led significant investigations across the UK Water Industry. They have also volunteered with Engineers Without Borders in Ghana, contributing to urban sanitation solutions, and are currently leading water and sanitation efforts for Médecins Sans Frontières in emergency response settings, including Syria and refugee camps. Patrick holds a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
