Paul Carroll

Paul Carroll, P.E., PMP, is a Principal Engineer at Stantec, where they lead the coastal solutions program. With nearly 20 years of experience in coastal engineering, Paul has served as both a Technical Lead and Project Manager on various flood hazard studies, shoreline stabilization designs, and wave modeling projects. Previously, Paul worked at AECOM as a Project Manager overseeing risk-based hazard analysis and as a Coastal Project Engineer involved in all phases of marine construction. Paul also gained experience as a Project Engineer at Applied Technology & Management. They hold a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Military Institute and North Carolina State University, respectively, along with a Graduate Certificate in Wind Energy from Texas Tech University.
