Paul McCartney

Paul McCartney is an accomplished economist with over 20 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. Throughout a career that began as an Economic Adviser at The Scottish Government, Paul has held key positions including Associate Director at Halcrow, Director of Economics at SYSTRA Ltd, and Director of Economics at Peter Brett Associates. Currently serving as Director of Economics at Stantec, Paul specializes in economic appraisal of large-scale public sector investment projects, cost-benefit analysis, and demand forecasting. Paul holds a Master of Arts in Economics from The University of Edinburgh.
