Paul Willard

Paul Willard is currently the Safety Case Consultant and Director at Stantec, specializing in safety case management for a new build nuclear facility in the South West of the UK. With 35 years of experience in various industries—including Defence, Rail, Nuclear, and Aviation—Paul has focused the last 20 years on developing, implementing, and managing safety case programs for clients such as the UK Ministry of Defence and EDF Energy. Previous roles include Business Manager and Operations Manager for Safety Case at Amec Foster Wheeler, where Paul led teams and developed strategies for the safety case business. Paul holds multiple qualifications, including a PGDIP in Management Studies from The Robert Gordon University.
