Pawel Balas

Pawel Balas is a Senior Associate and registered architect at Stantec, holding licenses in British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario. Pawel has extensive experience in design, project management, and coordination on various industrial, transportation, and recreational projects across Canada and Europe. Notably, they contributed to the Canada Line, a significant $2 billion automated light metro system in Vancouver. Prior to Stantec, Pawel held roles at several architectural firms, including Architecture49, where they served as a Practice Leader. Pawel earned a Dipl.Arch. from RAIC Syllabus and a M.Arch from Gdańsk University of Technology.
