Penny Green

Penny Green is an experienced technical lead in asset management, currently serving as the Technical Lead for Asset Management at Stantec since April 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing constructed wetlands for storm overflows. Prior to this role, from November 2021 to April 2023, Penny was the Design Lead at Southern Water for Pathfinder projects, focusing on the Clean Rivers & Seas Taskforce. Earlier experience includes serving as Technical Manager on the Mogden STW AMP7 Resilience project at Thames Water, alongside various roles at Black & Veatch, including Design Area Manager and Project Manager. Penny holds an MPhil in Engineering for Sustainable Development from the University of Cambridge and an MEng in Civil Engineering Design & Management from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
