Richard Hooper

Richard Hooper is currently the Engineering Improvement Manager at Yorkshire Water, a role they have held since 2026. Previously, they served as a Principal Consultant at Stantec and held various positions, including Project Manager for Asset Management at Black & Veatch and Service & Aftermarket Sales Manager at Evoqua Water Technologies and Siemens. Richard began their career as a Design Draughtsman and later became a Production Engineering Manager at Ciba from 1995 to 2007. They hold a B Eng Hons in Manufacturing Systems Engineering with Design from Leeds Beckett University and have completed ONC & HNC in Engineering at Bradford College.
