Rick Gobeille

Rick Gobeille is a Senior Principal at Stantec, where they lead the tolling business line, driving growth within the tolling market sector. With nationwide experience, Rick has directed approximately $20 billion in Toll Revenue Bond Studies and played a pivotal role in the implementation of Electronic Tolling and All Electronic Toll Collection. Their significant projects include the original testing and implementation of E-ZPass and revenue studies for the Tappan Zee Bridge Replacement. Prior to Stantec, Rick held positions at Jacobs Engineering and Vollmer Associates, focusing on toll facilities and revenue forecasting. Rick earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
