Rino Zan

Rino Zan is a seasoned engineering professional with a strong background in commissioning and mechanical design. Currently serving as the Principal for the Commissioning business centre at Stantec since January 2025, Rino previously held various leadership roles at Morrison Hershfield, including Principal and Commissioning Department Manager. Rino co-founded the Security & IT Systems Group at MMM Group Limited, serving as Senior Project Manager. Rino's early career included positions at The Bank of Nova Scotia Trust Company as Manager of Mechanical and Electrical Design and at Bell Canada as Manager of Mechanical Design. Rino holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Doctor of Electrical Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma.
