Rob Mullins Jr.

Dr. Rob Mullins Jr. has extensive experience in engineering and project management, having held senior roles at the US Army Corps of Engineers and Stantec. They served as Deputy District Engineer from 1978 to 2002, overseeing significant civil works and military construction projects. Additionally, they were Vice President at SAIC and played key roles at Stantec, focusing on large-scale coastal restoration and project delivery. Dr. Mullins Jr. has published widely in urban planning, civil and environmental engineering, and has received various awards for their service. They hold a Juris Doctor from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law and an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
