Robert Ray is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the fields of construction law and commercial litigation. Robert served as General Counsel at Burt Hill (now Stantec) from February 2006 to December 2010 and has been with Stantec since February 2006, currently holding the position of Corporate Counsel/Principal. Prior to this, Robert was a partner at Burns, White & Hickton from January 1990 to February 2006, providing client counseling and representation for architects and engineers. Robert holds a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and degrees in Economics from the University of Houston and Public and Environmental Affairs/Public Finance from Indiana University.
