Russell Ruplinger, PE, currently serves as the Texas Strategic Development Leader at Stantec since February 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Managing Consultant and Senior Consultant at EY from August 2019 to February 2023, and Project Engineer and Construction Engineer at Lochner from November 2014 to August 2019. Russell also held the position of Construction Engineer at EJM Engineering, Inc. from May 2009 to November 2014, and began the professional career as an Intern at Bonestroo and the City of Hartford, WI. Russell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and has additional educational experience from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
