Sara Viernum

Sara Viernum, CWB®, is a Senior Wildlife Biologist and Amphibian and Reptile Subject Matter Expert with over twenty years of experience in wildlife biology. They have provided professional consulting services across various sectors, including renewable energy, transportation, and oil and gas, focusing on threatened and endangered species investigations and biological surveys. They have held roles such as US Terrestrial Wildlife Technical Area Lead at Stantec and have coordinated numerous field surveys across eighteen U.S. states and Canada. Additionally, Sara has contributed to education and outreach through various volunteer roles and initiatives promoting conservation. They earned their degree from Jacksonville State University.
