Scott Oppelt is a Senior Principal and Practice Leader with over 25 years of experience in permitting and managing environmental compliance for complex linear utility projects, including electric transmission lines and pipelines. They have developed expertise in stormwater permitting, erosion and sediment control design, and have prepared Environmental Impact Reports and Proponent's Environmental Assessments. Previously, Scott worked with the USDA Forest Service and CH2M HILL, where they managed large-scale environmental compliance programs.
