Serge Lucchetto

Serge Lucchetto is an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist currently working at Bantrel Co. since January 2023, contributing to resource-related projects across Canada in energy, mining, and infrastructure sectors. Prior to Bantrel, Serge served as a Talent Attraction Specialist at T.Y. Lin International and held progressive roles within WSP in Canada, culminating as Talent Attraction Lead for Infrastructure. With a rich background at WorleyParsons, including managerial positions in recruitment, and earlier roles at Wardrop Engineering, Cadre Staffing, SNC Lavalin Nuclear Division, Brainhunter, and TES, Serge has developed a robust skill set in technical recruitment and account management across various engineering sectors. Serge holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Centennial College, earned between 1986 and 1989.
