Shane Anderson

Shane Anderson is an experienced professional in learning and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of Global Learning and Organizational Development at Stantec since September 2021. Prior roles include Manager of People Engagement at ARC Resources Ltd., and Manager of People Development & Engagement at Seven Generations Energy Ltd. Additionally, Shane held various managerial positions at Pembina Pipeline Corporation and Veresen Inc., focusing on talent management and corporate communications. Earlier experience includes roles in learning and development at Talisman Energy, Canadian Pacific Railway, and WestJet, where responsibilities encompassed curriculum development, leadership training, and employee engagement initiatives. Shane holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Production/Multimedia Communications from Ryerson University.
