Sharon D'Souza

Sharon D'souza is a Human Resources professional with diverse experience in recruitment and HR advisory roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Advisor at Stantec since March 2023, Sharon previously held the position of Rural and Remote National Consultant at Healthcare Australia, where responsibilities included managing a national candidate pool for Rural and Remote nurses. Additional experience includes roles as a Recruitment Consultant at CG Recruitment, a Human Resources Coordinator at Ritco Allied Health, and a Volunteer Human Resources Assistant at Friends With Dignity Ltd. Sharon gained foundational HR insight through an internship at Red Bull and has obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management & Industrial Relations from The University of Sydney Business School, along with other relevant qualifications.
