Simon Carter

Simon Carter is a highly experienced professional in the field of finance and operations, currently serving as the Director of Operations for UK Planning and Design at Stantec since June 2023. Prior to this role, Simon spent nearly 14 years at Barton Willmore, which is now part of Stantec, where Simon held various positions including Finance Director and Finance Partner. Earlier in Simon's career, from 1995 to 2006, Simon served as Corporate Finance Manager at Smith & Williamson.
