Simon Lau

Simon Lau is a Principal Structural Project Technical Lead at Stantec, where they focus on community-enhancing built form projects from concept to commissioning. They have over a decade of experience in the construction industry, previously holding positions at Wood & Grieve Engineers, where they advanced from Structural Engineer to Senior/Lead Structural Engineer. Simon began their career as an Undergraduate Engineer at AECOM and the City of Perth, gaining foundational experience in project management and design. They earned dual Bachelor's degrees in Civil & Structural Engineering and Business Administration from The University of Western Australia, both completed with First Class Honors.
